Wino Quinta dos Aciprestes to kompozycja bazująca na odmianie Touriga Nacional z domieszką Touriga Franca i Tinta Roriz. Fermentacja odbywa się w stalowych kadziach. Wino jest starzone w barriques z francuskiego dębu przez 12 miesięcy (30% nowych). Wino o interesujących aromatach owocowych i kwiatowych, z nutą wanilii. Wino o młodym charakterze z wyraźną dominacją cech szczepu Touriga Nacional. Charakteryzuje się wyrazistym smakiem i elegancją. Długotrwały i bardzo przyjemny finisz. Wino ze wspaniałym potencjałem starzenia w butelce.
