Wyjątkowe wino Chenin blanc z bardzo limitowanej linii Project Z. Grona do tego wina pochodziły z poddanej działaniu morskiej bryzy, ponad czterdziestoletniej winnicy, położonej na gliniastych i granitowych glebach w regionie Stellenbosch. Wino fermentowało, a następnie dojrzewało w terakotowych amforach przez 9 miesięcy na osadzie. To zrównoważone, niezwykle eleganckie Chenin Blanc. Aromat to nuty werbeny cytrynowej, białej brzoskwini, z akcentem drożdży. W smaku imponujące - krystalicznie czyste, a jednocześnie o pełnej strukturze, z ładną kwasowością i akcentem soli w finiszu..
