Polowaca Pieprzówka Góralska is a Polish flavoured vodka from the Polowaca brand, made with black peppercorn extract, bottled at 37.5% ABV. It is produced by Toorank Polska S.A., a company operating on the market since 1996, with its plant in Jasienica. The vodka is based on an extract of peppercorns, with the natural macerate prepared by steeping black pepper in alcohol.

After the liquid has been strained off the solids, the resulting infusion is used to blend the Pieprzówka, while the vodka itself is made from Polish grain spirit, with every stage of production taking place in Poland. The spirit forms part of the producer's range of Highland speciality vodkas, alongside Cytrynówka, Wiśniówka and Przepalanka.

Its sensory profile is dominated by a spicy, peppery character. The vodka is lightly sweetened, with a rich aroma and a sharp taste finishing on a delicate note of sweetness. The starting point here is the pronounced piquancy of pepper, balanced on the finish by that subtle sweetness.

The parzenica ornament and the trombita depicted on the label emphasise the Highland character of the spirit. The rosette, the figure with the trombita and the Polowaca name are legally registered trademarks. The bottle has a capacity of 0.5 litre.
