Do produkcji tego wina użyto wyłącznie szczepu Moscatel. Owoce zbierane były ręcznie, w najlepszej fazie dojrzałości. Dzięki temu zawartość cukru po fermentacji wynosi ponad 100 gr/l. W nosie bardzo intensywne aromaty owoców cytrusowych. W ustach wino zachwyca różnorodnością.
