Do produkcji tego wina używa się najlepszych gron Cabernet Sauvignon - starannie wyselekcjonowanych i zbieranych ręcznie. Po ukończeniu fermentacji wino dojrzewa 9 miesięcy w beczkach z francuskiego i amerykańskiego dębu, następnie „odpoczywa” 15 miesięcy w butelce. Bukiet jest dojrzały, pełen typowej dla Caberneta czarnej porzeczki, ale także pieprzu i tytoniu na tle gładkiej i eleganckiej wanilii pochodzącej z beczki. Wino krągłe, gładkie, ale o mocnej strukturze.
