W Tenuta Orestiadi porasta wapienno- kredowe, białe gleby w dolinie Belice, skąd uzyskuje się wyjątkowej jakości grona. Fermentacja w stalowych kadziach, w których następnie wino dojrzewa przez 3 miesiące. Kolor jest słomkowy z zielonkawymi refleksami. W nosie w pełni wyraża swój śródziemnomorski charakter, z nutami białych owoców, brzoskwiń, migdałów i akcentami kwiatu pomarańczy. Na podniebieniu świeże i eleganckie, o doskonałej równowadze. Wino bardzo uniwersalne, świetnie komponuje się z daniami rybnymi, grillowanymi skorupiakami i warzywami, ostrygami oraz krewetkami w maśle czosnkowym.
