Whisky single cask wydestylowana w czerwcu 2008 roku w prawdopodobnie najbardziej znanej destylarni na Orkadach ;) Przez 15 lat dojrzewała w beczce refill hogshead i została zabutelkowana z mocą 48,4% w czerwcu 2023 roku. W zapachu nadmorskie skalne baseny, suszone wodorosty, zwęglony dąb. W smaku jest oleista i gęsta o wyraźnym morskim charakterze, z nutami słonego karmelu i torfowego jęczmienia. Finisz jest wyczuwalnie słodki, z nutami przypraw i morskiej bryzy.
