Owoce do tego wina pochodzą z 60-cio hektarowej parceli Pelissa położonej w sercu Oakville naprzeciwko słynnej winnicy Opus One. Ten wyjątkowy Cabernet Sauvignon prezentuje tradycyjny i klasyczny styl tzw. starej szkoły z Oakville. Wino dojrzewało 24 miesiące w beczkach z francuskiej dębiny (50% nowych). Odnajdujemy w nim aromaty rozgrzewających przypraw, drzewa cedrowego i soczystej wiśni. Wino ewoluuje z każdą chwilą uwalniając akcenty likieru wiśniowego, herbaty i dębiny. Na podniebieniu soczyste wiśnie wraz z porzeczką. Bardzo dobrze zbudowane wino z mocnymi, ale zrównoważonymi taninami. Znakomite do picia już teraz, ale będziemy się nim cieszyć przez kolejne 10 do 15 lat.
