Nemiroff Original is a Ukrainian grain vodka from the distillery in Nemyriv, launched on the market in September 1999 and recognisable by its black label, from which its colloquial name "Nemiroff Black" derives. Better known to some as "Nemiroff Black" because of the colour of the label, it is made from local wheat, and its character is distinguished by an addition of caraway and honey.

The base of this vodka is wheat from the area around Nemyriv. The small town of Nemyriv lies in the heart of Ukraine's wheat-growing region, and the distillery there uses local grain to produce this spirit. The Nemiroff company originates from the town of Nemyriv near Vinnytsia, in the heart of Ukrainian Podolia, where fertile soils and a favourable climate are conducive to growing wheat. The foundation of the recipe is water from springs in the immediate vicinity of the plant. The basis of the spirits is crystal-clear water from artesian wells located directly at the production facility, along with "Lux" class spirit.

Nemiroff Original is a grain vodka, multiply filtered and bottled at 40% ABV. Nemiroff Original is a wheat-based vodka filtered 11 times, bottled with an alcohol content of 40%. The recipe is distinguished by the addition of natural ingredients. It is a wheat-based vodka which, according to the Nemiroff website, includes an addition of caraway seeds and honey in the production process. Natural honey from local apiaries is added to Nemiroff products for a mellow taste.

The profile reveals a light sweetness combined with a spicy note. This wheat-based vodka is slightly sweet on the nose, while on the palate it maintains a neutral sweetness accompanied by a touch of spice. The brand stems from a tradition dating back to the 19th century. The name comes from "vodka from Nemyriv", first mentioned in 1752, and in 1872 Count Grigory Stroganov opened a distillery in Nemyriv. Nemiroff's production plants and bottling facilities are located in the brand's home town of Nemyriv, in the Vinnytsia region.
