Na Przelaczy Bimber Głuszec is a Polish flavoured vodka with an ABV of 45%, whose profile harks back to traditional moonshine (bimber). It is produced by Toorank Polska and belongs to the Na Przelaczy range distributed by Mundivie.

The name refers to a specific place. Przelacz is an atmospheric spot in the Silesian Beskids, whose name arose from a distortion of the word Przełęcz (mountain pass) by Austrian cartographers, and within its area lies a settlement of several farmsteads. The capercaillie (głuszec), from which the vodka takes its name, was once called the troubadour of the Beskid forests on account of its distinctive mating dance and song.

In terms of raw materials, this is a flavoured vodka with natural flavouring substances. It is obtained from ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin produced from cereals grown in Poland, and all stages of its production take place in Poland. According to the description of the process, its dominant flavour differs from that of the raw materials used in its production, and the ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin is obtained from rye, wheat, barley, oats or triticale, or from potatoes.

As for the sensory profile, the producer points to a fruity character. The vodka is distinguished by a balanced, delicately fruity, sweet taste and aroma; the product should be served chilled, and its taste and smell are described as dry, aromatic and fruity. A fuller tasting description mentions a sharp moonshine aroma, a note of honey, vanilla and yeast, on the palate plenty of apples and plums, less cherry, honey and molasses, and on the finish mainly plums along with a warming spicy note of cardamom and allspice.
