Wino stworzone w 100% z gron Mencia, pochodzących z 80-cio letnich krzewów. Dojrzewało przez 6 miesięcy na osadzie w beczkach z dębu amerykańskiego i francuskiego. Zabutelkowane bez klarowania. Barwa wiśniowa z fioletowymi refleksami. Aromat intensywny, świeży i elegancki, z nutami jagód, truskawek, malin, a także kwiatowymi - głównie fiołków. W tle odrobina wanilii, tytoniu i minerałów. W smaku eleganckie i gładkie. Pierwsze wrażenia to świeżość i dużo jagód. Krągłe, miękkie taniny. Pięknie zrównoważona kwasowość.
