Wyjątkowa 100% Mencia z ręcznie zbieranych gron, pochodzących ze starych nasadzeń. Fermentacja malolaktyczna ma miejsce w dębowych beczkach, następnie wino dojrzewa przez rok na osadzie. Dojrzewanie następuje wyłącznie w beczkach z dębu francuskiego. Butelkowanie bez klarowania. Barwa intensywnie wiśniowa. Aromat mocny i złożony.
