To Chenin Blanc powstało z gron zbieranych z bardzo starych, nienawadnianych, porastających 3 różne typy gleb, winnic. Wina fermentują oddzielnie, w dużych, dębowych beczkach i glinianych amforach. Następnie dojrzewają w nich na osadzie przez 8 miesięcy. Bardzo skoncentrowany aromat limonki, melona i ziół, W ustach jest wzbogacony o cytrusy i kwiaty bzu. Pełne, gładkie, kremowe z długim, mineralnym finiszem. Bardzo dobry potencjał starzenia - nawet 15 lat.
