Winogrona zebrane zostały po osiągnięciu najwyższej dojrzałości, a sok pozostawał w kontakcie ze skórkami przez 24 godziny. Powolna fermentacja zachodziła w obniżonej temperaturze w stalowych tankach, a następnie wino leżakowało przez 4 miesiące na osadzie. Elegancka, gładka kompozycja z aromatami gruszki, skórki pomarańczowej oraz dojrzałego jabłka. Wino o dobrej strukturze i wyczuwalnej mineralności.
