Seria została zabutelkowana z dwudziestu beczek, które osobiście wybrał założyciel destylarni Kilchoman Anthony Wills. W serii dostępne są cztery edycje, z których każda składa się z pięciu specjalnie wyselekcjonowanych beczek, podkreślających dwie różne strony unikalnego charakteru whisky Kilchoman starzonej w beczkach po bourbonie i po sherry . Wersje ex-bourbon charakteryzują się słonym torfowym dymem i cytrusową słodyczą. Z kolei ciemniejsze wersje ex-sherry oferują bogatszy profil, z nutami suszonych owoców, dymu BBQ i mieszanki przypraw. Prezentowana edycja KILCHOMAN 14 YO Ex-Bourbon Barrels to kompozycja whisky z pięciu beczek bourbon barrels o nr: 403, 422, 498, 750 i 800 / 2010. Napełniono tylko 1120 butelek. Moc 51,2%
