Jarzębiak Organic is a clear vodka from Poland, produced by Grupa AWW from organic wheat spirit made with grain from certified crops. It is a clear vodka made from organic wheat spirit and crystal-clear water, while the grain used to produce the spirit is carefully selected and holds EKO organic certification.

Behind the brand stands Grupa AWW of Kalisz, which operates its own agricultural distilleries and a rectification plant. The company owns its fields, distilleries and rectification facility, so it is able to bring the "from field to table" strategy into the spirits industry. The name Jarzębiak itself harks back to the tradition of old Polish vodkas. Jarzębiak is a Polish brand with a long heritage, taken over by Grupa AWW in the 1990s.

In this expression, the profile is built on the purity of the spirit rather than on a rowanberry macerate. Multiple filtration gives the vodka a delicate and mellow flavour profile. The aroma reveals fresh notes interwoven with floral accents, enriched with subtle tones of bread and toasted grain.
