Jarzębiak Czysty is a Polish vodka produced by the AWW Group (formerly PHP Wiesław Wawrzyniak) of Kalisz, bottled at 40% ABV in a 0.5-litre bottle. It is the "white" version of jarzębiak – unlike the flavoured version, it is not a rowanberry infusion, but a clear grain vodka with a small addition that refines its profile.

The brand stems from the tradition of the Polish Polmos distilleries. Acquired from Polmos Sieradz, the brand was offered by AWW in two versions: the flavoured one and the "white" one – a spirit drink with a small amount of wine distillate added. This addition of wine distillate refines the vodka and, combined with the spirit, gives it a delicate, mellow taste. Historically, jarzębiak as a specialty vodka was extremely popular, especially in the 1970s.

The producer has a complete raw-material and technological base at its disposal. The company owns farmland, so nearly all the ingredients used in production come from its own resources, and it distils and rectifies spirit both for its own needs and under contract for other producers. The key rectification plant and bottling facility operate near Kalisz, with a second large plant in Zbiersk. The plant also draws water from its own deep wells.

The profile is dominated by the character of a clear grain vodka. Despite the absence of a direct fruit infusion, a delicate, tart note associated with rowanberry can sometimes be detected, harmonised with the mellow, dry backdrop of the spirit and a soft accent derived from the wine distillate. It is served chilled, as a classic dry vodka.
