Cava Emerald to najwyższej jakości cava powstała na bazie selekcji tylko najlepszych gron Parellada (70%) i Macabeo (30%) z winnic w Conca de Barbera. Dojrzewała 16-18 miesięcy w butelce. Barwa przejrzysta, jasnozłota z zielonkawymi refleksami. Aromat owocowy łączy w sobie nuty cytrusów i jabłek, z delikatnym tostowym tłem. W smaku harmonijna, o bardzo przyjemnej strukturze i eleganckiej perlistości.
