Znakomite wino klasy Reserva wyprodukowane z ręcznie zbieranych gron Tempranillo. Po zakończonej fermentacji wino dojrzewa przez minimum 3 lata, z czego rok w beczkach z dębu amerykańskiego i francuskiego co nadaje charakteru. W barwie wiśniowe z rubinowymi odcieniami. W bukiecie dominują śliwka, dżem jeżynowy i porzeczka z anyżem, lukrecją, kakao i cynamonem. W ustach strukturalne i dobrze zrównoważone. Dominuje posmak czerwonych owoców wzbogacone o przyprawy, kawę i karmel oraz akcenty balsamiczne. Taniny są wygładzone, a posmak pozostaje długo w ustach. Dobrze komponuje się z dzikim ptactwem, jagnięciną, pieczoną koźliną, gnocchi z sosami mięsnymi oraz z tradycyjnym gazpacho manchego.
