Do tego wina, owoce Cabernet Sauvignon były zbierane z dwóch parceli położonych w południowej części apelacji Monterey: w Hames Valley, gdzie mamy największą w regionie amplitudę temperatur oraz w San Lucas, gdzie panują idealne warunki do uprawy czerwonych szczepów o bordoskim rodowodzie. Dojrzewało przez 12 miesięcy w kompozycji beczek z francuskiego, amerykańskiego i węgierskiego dębu (35% nowych). Bardzo intensywna, ciemna barwa. W aromacie i smaku odnajdujemy jagody, porzeczki, anyżek, skórę i akcenty ziemiste. Jest gładkie i soczyste, z miękką, dojrzałą taniną.
