To Prosecco wyprodukowane jest ze starannie selekcjonowanych gron pochodzących tylko z jednego rocznika (z włoskiego: millesimato) i przy użyciu specjalnej, innowacyjnej metody. Polega ona na kilkukrotnym schładzaniu do temperatury 0 stopni najpierw winogron, a później również moszczu i wina. Fermentacja prowadzona jest natomiast w temperaturze 15 stopni. Pozwala to utrzymać, a nawet podkręcić typowy dla Prosecco jabłkowy aromat. Barwa jasno słomkowa z zielonkawymi refleksami. W nosie bardzo owocowe z przewagą jabłek i bananów oraz kwiatami w tle. W ustach gładkie i kremowe, z bardzo przyjemnymi, trwałymi bąbelkami. Idealne jako aperitif, na toast oraz do większości potraw.
