Nazwa tego wina jest dedykowana założycielowi winiarni i wieloletniemu senatorowi Antonio Michele Coppi. Każdy etap winifikacji odbywa się według bardzo restrykcyjnych norm i w kontrolowanej temperaturze. Po zakończonej fermentacji wino dojrzewa w dużych beczkach wykonanych z dębu slawońskiego, o pojemności 5000 litrów przez okres 12 miesięcy. Kolor ciemnorubinowy z jaśniejszymi fioletowymi refleksami na obrzeżu. W nosie bogate aromaty ciemnych owoców, konfitury z fig i orientalnych przypraw. W ustach pełne i miękkie, o posmaku śliwki w czekoladzie z nutami cynamonu, kakao i przyjemnym zakończeniem. Idealne do grillowanych czerwonych mięs, zająca, pieczonego udźca jagnięcego i twardych serów.
