Chateau Pape Clement jest jednym z najstarszych chateau w Bordeaux z ponad siedmiowiekową tradycją winiarską i znajduje się w Pessac w subregionie Graves. Pierwsze winnice posadzono tu pod koniec XIII przez Bertranda de Gotha, najmłodszego syna szlacheckiego rodu z Bordeaux, który był arcybiskupem, a w 1305 roku został wybrany na papieża jako Clement V. Obsadzonych winoroślą jest obecnie ponad 54 ha. Rocznik 2014 jest mieszanką Merlot 57,5%, Cabernet Sauvignon 37,5% i Petit Verdot 5%. Po zakończonej fermentacji wino dojrzewało 18 miesięcy w nowych francuskich beczkach barrique. Wino będzie zyskiwać na walorach przez najbliższe minimum 15 lat.
