Chateau de Dracy zostało zbudowane w północnej części Burgundii w 1298 roku jako militarna siedziba ówczesnego Diuka Burgundii. Przez następne stulecia przeszło wiele przekształceń, z których główna miało miejsce w połowie XVIII wieku, kiedy to wybudowano winiarnię i piwnice do starzenia win. Tutejsze Pinot Noir ma niezwykle owocowy bukiet, z akcentami leśnej ściółki i tostowanego pieczywa. Miękkie i harmonijne, z ładnie zintegrowaną taniną. W smaku soczyście owocowe, z ciekawym finiszem i nutą lukrecji. Idealny akompaniament do grillowanych mięs, drobiu, łagodnych serów i warzyw.
