Wyjątkowe wino typu Single Vineyard w 100% skomponowane z owoców Viura, pochodzących z 70-letnich krzewów. Małą parcela i ograniczone zbiory pozwoliły na stworzenie tylko 905 butelek, z których każda jest numerowana. Zbiory wingron odbywały się ręcznie, Wino dojrzewało w kadziach na osadzie ponad 10 miesięcy, a następnie kolejne 9 miesięcy w nowych beczkach z francuskiego dębu. Charakteryzuje się bardzo intensywnym i bogatym bukietem, z aromatami owoców pestkowych, kwiatów, rumianku, świeżego ciasta, dębiny i dobrze zintegrowanym mineralnym tłem. W ustach z początku świeże, jest pełne, oleiste, o dobrej strukturze i długim finiszu.
