To wino klasy Single Vineyard jest sztandarowym produktem Castellare. Skomponowane z typowej dla Toskanii odmiany winorośli najwyższej jakości - Sangioveto (85-90%) i Malvasia Nera. Poddawane fermentacji malolaktycznej oraz dojrzewane w beczkach z dębiny (1/2 w nowych) przez 24-30 miesięcy- w zależności od rocznika, a następnie leżakowane przez ponad rok w butelce. Wyróżnia się czerwono-rubinową barwą oraz intensywnymi aromatami czerwonych owoców z delikatnymi nutami fiołków i goździków w tle. W ustach jest garbnikowe, o trwałym finiszu, z subtelnym posmakiem wiśni, jagód i przypraw.
