Poddawane fermentacji malolaktycznej, następnie leżakowane przez 7 miesięcy w beczkach z francuskiego dębu oraz kolejne pół roku w butelce. To wspaniałe wino o pięknej czerwono-rubinowej szacie. W przeciwieństwie do panującej mody nie dodano gron Cabernet Sauvignon ani Merlot, dzięki czemu udało się osiągnąć bogate, unikalne i eleganckie wino w tradycyjnym stylu.
