100% szczepu Pinot Noir, którego owoce zbierane są w Burgundii ze starych, co najmniej 30-letnich krzewów. Dojrzewany przez 8-12 miesięcy, z czego część czasu spędza w dębowych beczkach, aby wino było bardziej finezyjne, część w kadziach, by zachować naturalną owocowość. Posiada głęboką, czerwono- rubinową barwę. Jest owocowe i bardzo aromatyczne, z dominującymi nutami jeżyny, czarnej porzeczki i maliny. W ustach żywe, cieliste, z łagodnymi taninami w tle. Idealnie łączy się z czerwonym mięsem oraz delikatnymi serami. Serwować w temperaturze 16°C. Doskonały potencjał starzenia.
