Misciano, miasteczko z XV wieku, dziś daje nazwę najważniejszemu winu Borgo Scopeto. Skomponowane jest ono z gron odmiany Sangiovese z niewielkim dodatkiem Merlota i Colorino. Fermentacja przebiega w tradycyjny sposób, a wino dojrzewa 18-24 miesięcy w dużych beczkach z dębu slawońskiego i francuskiego; następnie kolejne 8 miesięcy w butelce. Piękna, rubinowo-czerwona szata, z delikatnymi granatowymi refleksami. Bukiet intensywny i elegancki, z nutami migdałów, palonej kawy i przypraw. Usta krągłe, wytrawne, z lekko szorstką taniną i długim finiszem. Wino o solidnej strukturze i eleganckim charakterze, produkowane tylko w dobrych rocznikach. Doskonałe do pieczonej wołowiny i serów.
