Bocian Spirytus Nalewkowy is a Polish high-strength spirit with an ABV of 60%, intended as a base for preparing homemade cordials, macerations and liqueurs. The Biały Bocian brand product belongs to the portfolio of the Polmos Bielsko-Biała distillery, part of the Stock group.

Polmos Bielsko-Biała is one of the last Polish "Polmos" distilleries, with roots reaching back to two alcohol factories: the spirit factory founded in 1849 by Jakob Gross in Lipnik and the company of Jerzy Jenkner from Kamienica. The plant draws on nearly two hundred years of tradition, and uses non-modified grains and traditional recipes in production. The brand name itself refers to a Polish symbol, while the inspiration for the packaging was a spirit bottle from the company "Chełmska Gorzelnia, Rektyfikacja i Fabryka Wódek i Likierów", founded in 1910 by Adolf Dauman.

The sensory profile is subordinated to its function as a cordial base. The aroma remains neutral and clean, while the taste is very strong, dry and intense, typical of a rectified spirit. This construction is not meant to impose its own character, but to carry the aromas of the ingredients used for maceration into the finished drink.

The product is not intended for direct consumption without dilution – it is best used as a base for preparing fruit, herbal or spiced cordials. The 60% ABV allows for effective extraction of flavours and aromas during maceration. The bottle should be stored in a cool, shaded place.
