100% Chardonnay stworzone z ręcznie zbieranych gron poddanych 10-cio godzinnej maceracji w temperaturze 8ºC. Fermentacja odbywała się w nowych beczkach z dębu francuskiego po 5-cio miesięcznym dojrzewaniu na osadzie, z codziennym battonage (mieszanie osadu z winem). Wino w barwie słomkowo żółte ze złotymi refleksami. W bukiecie eleganckie i intensywne aromaty dojrzałych owoców pestkowych oraz białych kwiatów dopełnione nutami tostowymi, wanilii oraz subtelną pikantnością. W ustach pełne, kremowe, bogate, z gładkim, długotrwałym finiszem. Idealne do dań z ryżem, serów, ryb oraz białego mięsa.
