Parussi to pierwsze Barolo od Massolino wyprodukowane z winogron odmiany Nebbiolo uprawianych poza rodzimym Serralunga d’Alba, w innej fantastycznej lokalizacji: Castiglione Falleto. Owoce pochodziły z 40-to letnich nasadzeń, a samo wino dojrzewało 2,5 roku w beczkach i rok w butelce. To Barolo o głębokiej, połyskliwej barwie i intensywnym aromacie słodkich przypraw korzennych, drzewa sandałowego, tytoniu i skóry. Mocno zbudowane, o dobrej strukturze tanin i bardzo długim finiszu.
