Skomponowane zgodnie z zasadami apelacji wyłącznie z gron Nebbiolo - te pochodziły z ponad 60-cio letnich krzewów Cru Parafada. Dojrzewanie minimum 2,5 roku w dużych beczkach z dębu slawońskiego i rok w butelce. Bukiet bardzo intensywny i złożony ukazujący bogactwo czerwonych owoców, z nutami kwiatów i przypraw. W smaku pełne i mocne - idealnie oddaje charakter winnicy. Znakomite do dań na bazie makaronów i ryżu oraz pieczonych mięs. Po kilku latach dojrzewania w butelce staje się dobrym towarzyszem dojrzewających serów
