Kompozycja gron Syrah (90%) intrygująco uzupełniona białym, bardzo aromatycznym szczepem Viognier (10%). 30% wina przeszło fermentację malolaktyczną w beczkach, w których następnie dojrzewało przez 5 miesięcy. Głęboka, purpurowa barwa. Aromat świeżych jagód, konfitury truskawkowej, fiołków i słodkich przypraw. W smaku pełne i miękkie z aksamitną taniną. Nuty kwiatów, lukrecji i czarnej porzeczki prowadzą do długiego, bardzo przyjemnego finiszu.
