Don Ramon jest kompozycją dwóch najważniejszych hiszpańskich ciemnych odmian: Garnacha i Tempranillo. Dojrzewało 3 miesiące w beczkach z dębu amerykańskiego. Barwa rubinowa z fioletowymi refleksami. Aromat to kompozycja dojrzałych wiśni, malin i truskawek z nutami przypraw i akcentami balsamicznymi. W smaku jest miękkie i o harmonijnej taninie, z posmakiem czerwonych owoców z subtelnymi nutami przypraw i długim posmakiem. Polecany do kotlecików jagnięcych, fasolki po bretońsku, pieczonego ptactwa, szynki serrano lub chorizo oraz półmiękkich serów jak lokalny Tronchon.
