Wine tasting at Tenuta Valleselle Tinazzi is a journey through the most characteristic styles of northern Italy – from light, everyday elegance to wines of great concentration and depth. The point of reference is, of course, Amarone della Valpolicella – an intense, rich wine built on dried grapes, which gives it high concentration, notes of dried fruits, cherries, plums, cocoa and spices. It's a full-bodied, long style, definitely "for contemplation." During the tasting, we will show you how the intensity changes: from the fresh, fruity style of Valpolicella, through the more complex and spicy Ripasso, to the concentrated and majestic Amarone. The whole experience showcases the philosophy of the region: it's not just about "power," but about different interpretations of the same terroir – from everyday pleasure to wine for special occasions.
