Winogrona pochodzą z okolic Stellenbosch, West Coast, Darling, Durbanville oraz Walker Bay. Winnice położone są ok. 15 km od brzegu morza, dlatego duży wpływ na nasadzenia mają chłodne bryzy znad oceanu. Owoce były zbierane w czasie wczesnych godzin porannych. Wino fermentowało na zimno i leżakowało na osadzie przez 3 miesiące: każdy zbiór osobno. Dopiero potem wina pochodzące z 5 różnych obszarów upraw zostały zmieszane. To rześkie wino, o intensywnych aromatach i naturalnej kwasowości dostarcza wspaniałej mieszanki nut zielonego groszku, melona i owoców tropikalnych, a wszystko uzupełnione jest świeżym i zrównoważonym finiszem.
