Grona chardonnay zostały starannie wybrane z winnic w okolicach Stellenbosch False Bay i zmieszane z winogronami z Robertson Karoo Scali. Winogrona ze Stellenbosch pochodzą ze starych winorośli, co przyczyniło się do złożoności tego wina. Połowę owoców z Robertson zebrano nieco przed osiągnięciem pełnej dojrzałości, aby uzyskać cytrusowe i nieco krzemienne aromaty. Po zakończeniu fermentacji alkoholowej leżakowało 8 miesięcy na osadzie w beczkach z francuskiej dębiny (60% nowe). Jest to wino o pełnym ciele i intensywnych aromatach gruszki oraz owoców cytrusowych jak limonka oraz nuty skórki pomarańczowej. Bardzo eleganckie i złożone, o znakomitym potencjale dojrzewania (nawet 10 lat).
