Wino skomponowane z gron pochodzących z troskliwie wybieranych parceli regionów Stellenbosch, Durbanville oraz WalkerBay, tak by jak najpełniej odzwierciedlało charakter Sauvignon Blanc z RPA. Zbiory odbyły się w optymalnym momencie dojrzałości gron i zostały dokonane wczesnym rankiem, tak by zachować je w jak najlepszej kondycji. Po fermentacji wino dojrzewało przez 4 miesiące na osadzie.
