Wino stworzone zostało w 95% z wyselekcjonowanych gron Shiraz z winnic w regionie Stellenbosch i Darling. Pozostałe 5% to Viognier z regionu Riebeeck Valley. Viognier w tym połączeniu zapewnił delikatną strukturę tanin z aksamitnym, eleganckim finiszem. Wino dojrzewało ok. roku częściowo w kadziach ze stali nierdzewnej, a częściowo w beczkach dębowych czwartego użycia. Barwa głęboka, rubinowa. W nosie ciemne suszone śliwki oraz przyprawy i orzech, a do tego pochodzące od szczepu Viognier nuty wiciokrzewu. Akcenty morwy i rozmarynu w ustach świetnie współgrają z taninami i zostawiają długi, trwały posmak.
