Pawlina Whisky & Friends 2026 – whisky and spirits festival in Warsaw
Looking for a place where in one weekend you can try hundreds of different whiskies, rums and cognacs – without pressure, without expert dress code and for a fraction of the bottle price in a store? The jubilee, 10th edition of Pawlin Whisky & Friends returns to Warsaw on April 24–25, 2026 at The Tides on the Vistula River. It's already 10 years of one of the largest spirits festivals in Poland. See photos from the 9th edition and see for yourself that a spirits festival is a place full of flavors, open to everyone.

Whisky Festival – Is It for Me? You think "whisky festival" and your imagination conjures up lavish interiors, crystal glasses, and people in suits. But the truth is completely different. Pawlina Whisky & Friends is a meeting place for enthusiasts, where everyone can try new spirits, talk with experts, and above all, simply have a good time. Imagine a world cuisine fair – except instead of food at the stalls, you'll find spirits. At each stand are experts, often distillery representatives, who are happy to tell you about the taste, aroma, and history of the spirit's creation. Who is the Pawlina Whisky & Friends festival for? There's one answer: for everyone. You'll meet beginners as well as true connoisseurs, couples looking for a fun date idea, or groups of friends wanting to explore new flavors together. Our observations show that about 40% of participants are people just beginning their adventure with spirits. At the same time, as many as 60% of guests return for subsequent editions – because Pawlina Whisky & Friends is an event you come back to. The festival is the ideal place if you want to take your first step into the world of spirits – you give yourself the opportunity to try many different drinks in one place. Don't be afraid to ask questions; each of us started our journey at some point. For experienced people, the festival offers a chance to deepen knowledge, discover that year's novelties, or taste limited editions. Friends – What's Behind This Name? If you're not a whisky fan, no problem. At Pawlina Whisky & Friends you'll also find rums, cognacs, calvados, grappas, liqueurs, fortified wines, and even ready-made cocktails. Regardless of whether you're just starting your adventure with stronger alcohol or are a tasting veteran – you'll definitely find something for yourself. Why Should You Come to Pawlina Whisky & Friends? Nearly 1,000 Open Bottles – About 200 Included in Ticket Price Nearly 900 bottles are open at the festival – that's the total number of labels available at all stands. With a standard ticket price, you can try about 200 of them: whiskies, rums, cognacs, calvados, liqueurs, and cocktails. The remaining spirits – often rarities, limited editions, and collector's items – are available for festival coupons you can purchase on-site. It's a unique opportunity to discover flavors in one day that would normally cost you many times the ticket price. Experts at Every Stand You don't need to know about whisky or other spirits to fully enjoy the festival. At each stand is our expert or distillery representative, who will gladly tell you about the spirit, its creation process, and interesting facts associated with it. After the festival, guests leave with a smile, gained knowledge, and their own list of favorites. Masterclasses on a Barge Sailing the Vistula Pawlina Whisky & Friends offers the only such masterclasses in Poland on a barge sailing the Vistula River. It's a combination of tasting with a unique atmosphere. Each session lasts about 90 minutes and accommodates up to 20 people. It's an experience that will stay with you for a long time. Cigar Zone with M&P Expert During the festival, by the Vistula riverbank, you'll find our relaxation zone – the cigar zone. M&P specialists will introduce you to the extraordinary world of handmade cigars from various corners of the world. If you've never smoked or have had bad experiences – this is the perfect opportunity to learn how to smoke consciously and where to start. You'll also learn which cigars pair with the spirits you discover at the festival. Offers up to 50% Off – Buy What You Like for Less Every spirit you try can be purchased at the order stand. The offers also work for about three weeks after the festival at all M&P salons in Poland. It's a great opportunity to start a collection – or add new spirits to it. M&P – Importer, Distributor, Organizer for 10 Years As an importer, we bring in 90% of the labels presented, and distillery representatives often talk about the spirits at the stands. As a distributor, we ensure continuity of experience: if something delights you at a stand, you can easily purchase that bottle in our salons. As an organizer – for the tenth time in a row – we have experience in creating Poland's largest spirits festival. Welcome to Pawlina Whisky & Friends 2026 Our festival is more than just a tasting – it's a complete experience of flavors, aromas, and unique encounters. Whether you're just starting out, want to deepen your knowledge, or are looking for a weekend idea – join us April 24-25, 2026 at The Tides in Warsaw. Check tickets Do I need to know about whisky to go to the festival? No, absolutely not. Pawlina Whisky & Friends is for everyone – experts and M&P staff are happy to advise, and you can try what interests you without pressure. How to prepare for a whisky festival? First of all, eat something beforehand. Even if you plan to drink small portions, spirits work faster on an empty stomach. Start with lighter alcohols, gradually moving to stronger ones – the order matters for taste and experience. Remember to drink water between tastings – dispensers are free and help not only hydrate your body but also cleanse your palate. Note down flavors and your impressions. And above all, ask the exhibitors, who really want to talk and share knowledge. How many spirits can I try with the ticket price? The standard ticket includes tastings of over 200 spirits – from whisky, through rum, cognacs, calvados, to liqueurs and cocktails. Rarities and limited bottles are additionally paid for with coupons. Do I have to buy bottles I try? No, purchasing alcohol is completely optional. Pawlina Whisky & Friends provides tasting opportunities, and if you like something, you can take advantage of offers up to 50% off, also after the event. How long does the festival last and how many days is it worth spending? Pawlina Whisky & Friends lasts two days – Friday and Saturday. One day is enough to review the stands, but a two-day ticket allows you to calmly return to favorite spirits and participate in masterclasses. Can I come alone, or is it better in a group? Both solo and in a group – Pawlina Whisky & Friends is friendly for everyone. Couples, groups of friends, and individuals fit well in this atmosphere. Are there age restrictions? Yes, the festival is intended for adults (18+). Age verification is required at the entrance. What should I bring to the festival? It's worth bringing comfortable shoes, a notebook or phone for notes, and remember about water – dispensers are available on-site. Are there masterclass tastings and additional attractions? Yes, there are masterclass meetings on offer, including unique ones on a barge, a cigar zone, and a cocktail zone. Is the event beginner-friendly? Yes! The organizers have prepared everything so that everyone can comfortably discover flavors, ask questions, and enjoy the experience, regardless of their knowledge about alcohol.
