Ma bogaty, intensywny smak owoców jagodowych i zwartą strukturę. Delikatne i doskonale zrównoważone. Dojrzewa w beczkach ze slawońskiego dębu, w którym leżakuje przez 12 miesięcy. Wspaniale komponuje się z delikatnie przyprawioną wołowiną, mięsem królika i jelenia, pasztetem z dziczyzny oraz serem Rheintaler. Należy je podawać w temperaturze ok. 15°C.
