Chopin Single is a unique collection of single-ingredient vodkas, distilled only once and produced in very small batches under the watchful eye of Master Distiller Waldemar Durakiewicz. The product is created at the Chopin Distillery, owned by the Dorda family. Having its own distillery sets the Chopin brand apart from other vodkas. We are one of the last producers to make spirit in our own distillery using exclusively natural ingredients. The distillery, covering hectares in the village of Krzesk in the Podlasie region, allows us to control production at every stage – from the selection of ingredients, through fermentation and distillation, all the way to bottling. Single vodkas are made from six different ingredients: oats, rye, wheat, corn, barley and potatoes – all grown in the traditional way, without the use of artificial fertilisers. Chopin Single vodkas are distilled only once, so that the resulting spirit fully reflects their taste and aroma. That taste and those aromas change depending on the weather conditions in a given year. This is why each variety in the Chopin Single series has its own individual and unrepeatable character.
