Wszystkie winogrona użyte do stworzenia Vineyard Selection Shiraz przeszły ręczną selekcję, następnie po tłoczeniu poddane zostały maceracji na zimno przez trzy dni przed rozpoczęciem fermentacji. Wino dojrzewa 21 miesięcy w beczkach z dębu francuskiego pierwszego (30%), drugiego (30%) i trzeciego użycia (40%). W nosie wyczuwalna czarna porzeczka, śliwka oraz zioła. Usta są finezyjne, o dobrej strukturze i zbalansowanych dębem taninach, z posmakiem czarnych owoców. Wino z potencjałem leżakowania ok. 10 lat.
