Grona do produkcji tego wina pochodzą z upraw winorośli kultywowanych przez kooperatywę Alde Gott w Badenii, która jest najcieplejszym regionem winiarskim w Niemczech. Do produkcji trafiają starannie selekcjonowane grona odmiany 100% Pinot Noir. Fermentacja odbywa się w kadzi z okresem dojrzewania wina po zakończonej fermentacji. Wino posiada jasnorubinową barwę. W zapachu jest przyjemnie owocowe, o nutach dojrzałych wiśni, jeżyn i konfitury truskawkowej. Na podniebieniu dominują jedwabiste taniny i posmak dojrzałych czerwonych owoców z pestkową goryczką wiśni na finiszu. Podawać z makaronami z sosem grzybowym, do risotto, pieczonego dzikiego ptactwa, do gęsiny, golonki lub kotlecików jagnięcych.
