Jest to różowe wino, pochodzące ze zrównoważonych upraw odmiany Malbec (100%). Powstało techniką “saignee”, polegającej na ściągnięciu moszczu podczas początkowej fazy produkcji, kiedy kolor jeszcze nie jest mocno nasycony. Następnie moszcz pozostawiano na 24 godziny w niskiej temperaturze, aby się wyklarował, kolejnym etapem była fermentacja w stalowych kadziach. Wino o jasnoróżowej barwie i aromatach czerwonych owoców jak maliny czy truskawki. W smaku świeże i owocowe, z przyjemnym rześkim zakończeniem. Sprawdzi się świetnie jako aperitif czy jako towarzysz podczas grilla, a także z koktajlem z krewetek, ośmiornicą czy pstrągiem
